# DeskTrust

> DeskTrust is AI-powered work intelligence software for distributed and in-office teams. The desktop agent (Windows, macOS, Linux) captures activity, periodic screenshots, and continuous screen recording with employee consent, then produces daily AI-written reports that explain what each person worked on — so managers get visibility without reading raw screenshots.

DeskTrust is built by Seztech Inc. (Plano, Texas). Flagship plan is $4.99 per seat per month, 30-day free trial, no credit card required to start. Operates globally; data residency available for enterprise accounts (GCC, EU) on request.

## What makes DeskTrust different from legacy time-tracking tools

- **AI daily reports** — Not just screenshots and timesheets; each day DeskTrust writes a plain-English summary of what every employee actually worked on, which projects, which blockers, and surfaces unusual activity.
- **Live screen view + continuous recording** — Admins can watch a live stream or scrub back through recorded sessions with employee consent.
- **DeskTrust Connect** (add-on) — Built-in chat, voice/video calls, and screen share so teams don't need to context-switch between Slack, Zoom, and the monitoring tool.
- **Privacy-first defaults** — Transparent monitoring indicators on the employee's tray; blur modes; employee-visible status; account-closure flow that archives data on request.
